Weigh less during ramadan

Always difficult to make good choices during ramadan. But a glass of water and 2 dates to start off, then I have my soup and a daljies or samoosa. Then snother glass of water and then supper. Then salaah which is good exercise and also assist in making light exercise. Now for my decaffeinated coffee with a water bicuit and some spread.

Cooking in ramadan

Every day we are flooded with endless ideas, recipes but we always revert back to our own homecooking like mom used to make. So we have daljies,  samosas and koeksisters or pancakes or fritters.  Don't forget we must have soup with paaper bites and then after magrib salaah we have supper.
